These complete sections of the Pacifica Bylaws incorporate the amendments approved in 2007 and 2008, and are published here with all typographical errors identical to the original text located at www.pacifica.org, with two noteworthy exceptions. Article Three, Section 7 has been corrected, where the original states incongruously: "the staff quorum is described as one-third (1/4)", the text has been corrected to "one-fourth (1/4)", and in Article Four, Section 9 "by a " vote" has been corrected to read "by a 2/3 vote".
